"We’ve been on State Farm for years, we truly loved working with Karen’s team for years. Karen especially was always a great. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of one is for the respect we have for Karen and some team members.
We just unfortunately cannot keep going to them due to financial issues. That isn’t the reason for this review though, the reason is for the treatment we were given and misinformation that was said.
My mother (a native Spanish speaker) had called to ask when our policy expired because we already knew we needed to look for another car insurance. She called 2 weeks ago to ensure that everything had been paid before hand and the person stated we were up to date on everything (to which we also prove via our bank statements) but when my mom called today she was told that she had not paid since February.
Understandably my mother was confused and asked for clarification since she remembers talking to this same person (there is only one Spanish speaker in this office) that told her she had paid and that she didn’t have to worry until early May for the next payment which she re-explained to this person.
I will admit my mother has strong voice, more so when she is frustrated. But this person was not hearing her out, she raised her voice at my mom she stated she had no notes of this previous conversation when we can clearly provide the bank statements to prove we paid for our insurance. She kept insisting we had not paid for the insurance since February.
I understand, working with people can be a lot of strain but claiming nor having notes of conversations with clinics can cause a lot of unnecessary issues like these."
